Fahrenheit Charlotte

A Cleveland original, twenty-one floors above Uptown Charlotte.

Fahrenheit is a Cleveland restaurant that also lives in Charlotte. That is the whole reason it belongs on this page.

Chef Rocco Whalen runs both rooms. Fahrenheit Cleveland sits downtown at 55 Public Square. Fahrenheit Charlotte sits Uptown on the 21st floor at 222 South Caldwell Street, with a wraparound patio, linear fireplaces, and an unobstructed view of the skyline.

Whalen calls the menu contemporary American regional cuisine, built with Asian-inspired flavors and techniques and rewritten roughly every six weeks around what is in season. Dishes are prepared from scratch, and produce is sourced from local and regional farms where it is available. Both rooms take private events.
